Sales Executive (eCU Technology)

Role: As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by prospecting, demonstrating and selling our online origination systems for account opening and loans. Serves as a champion for eCU Technology's workplace culture.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients. Prospect and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, conferences, email campaigns, client referrals and networking.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and presentations with prospects.
- Develop a deep understanding of our online ORIGINS Membership and Loan Origination platform. Effectively communicate their features, benefits and value propositions to prospects.
- Collaborate with sales team to create tailored proposals and quotes that address client needs and objectives. Follow up with leads and clients to ensure a positive sales experience and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline opportunities in the CRM (SharpSpring/Constant Contact) system.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitive offerings, and best practices in online origination software sales.Travel to client onsite visits and/or conferences across the US.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Performance Measurements:
1. Scheduled Calls Monthly – Scheduled calls per month with inbound and outbound leads.
2. Qualified Connections – Count of prospects which qualify as an actual lead
3. Appointments – Count of appointments with new prospects which do not include a demo
4. Demo – Count of demos scheduled and delivered
5. Sales – Count of news sales and up-sales
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience - Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education - Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).
Interpersonal Skills- Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
Other Skills - Previous experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or software industry, is advantageous but not required. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, strong work ethic and team-oriented environment. Excellent organization skills with a keen attention to detail. Requires the ability to build strong relationships both inside and outside the office. Requires a high level of problem solving capabilities as well as curiosity, self-motivation and adaptability. Requires excellent time management skills and the ability to schedule work activities so deadlines are met and goals are accomplished in a timely and organized manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software. (SharpSpring-Constant Contact). Motivated self-starter with a drive to learn and succeed in a sales role.
